Assistant Project Manager - Construction - #2151826

This is a Permanent, Full-time position supporting project delivery within a professional property and construction consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from initial planning through construction, completion and close-out
• Assist with procurement, risk management, reporting and programme monitoring
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal project teams under senior guidance
• Monitor budgets, programmes, actions and key deliverables
• Assist with contract administration, change management and project documentation

Requirements

• Relevant degree in construction, property or project management
• Minimum one year of practical UK project management experience
• Understanding of project management principles and construction delivery
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard project documentation
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
