Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing opportunities
• Develop and grow a portfolio of customer accounts
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Represent the business professionally and build long-term customer partnerships

About You

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commercially minded with a desire to succeed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
