Lettings Coordinator

Bristol | £30,000 Pro Rata | Part Time or Full Time

We're recruiting for a friendly and organised Lettings Coordinator to join a well-established property business in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing tenant enquiries and acting as the first point of contact
• Booking and conducting viewings
• Creating property adverts and particulars
• Preparing tenancy documentation
• Processing and protecting tenant deposits
• Maintaining tenant records and databases
• Supporting property inspections and general administration

What We're Looking For:

• Previous lettings experience desirable
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Knowledge of the Bristol area is a bonus

Hours:

Part Time: 20-25 hours across 4 days (including Mondays & Fridays)

Full Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

No weekends
