Lettings Coordinator
Bristol | £30,000 Pro Rata | Part Time or Full Time
We're recruiting for a friendly and organised Lettings Coordinator to join a well-established property business in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing tenant enquiries and acting as the first point of contact
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Creating property adverts and particulars
- Preparing tenancy documentation
- Processing and protecting tenant deposits
- Maintaining tenant records and databases
- Supporting property inspections and general administration
What We're Looking For:
- Previous lettings experience desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Knowledge of the Bristol area is a bonus
Hours:
Part Time: 20-25 hours across 4 days (including Mondays & Fridays)
Full Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
No weekends
