Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Bristol

My client is looking for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join their team on an ongoing basis, with the initial contract running through to at least the end of the year.

The company specialises in new build, external works, cladding and facades, and is looking for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor who can provide support across their projects.

The Role

As a Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial management of projects, working closely with the wider project and commercial teams to ensure costs, contracts and financial performance are effectively managed.

About You

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within new build, cladding, facades or external works (not essential)

• Strong commercial and contractual awareness

• Experience working within the construction industry

• Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Available to work from the Bristol office
