Are you a technically minded Administrator, Project Coordinator or Technical Coordinator looking for a stable, long-term role in a friendly small team where everyone helps each other and the work stays varied and hands-on?

On offer is a great opportunity to join a well-established engineering business with a busy and growing order book, supporting a specialist team delivering high-quality solutions for prestigious customers.

In this role you will create products, BOMs and RFQs on the CRM, manage quotations and purchase orders, track supplier delivery dates and coordinate logistics to keep projects moving. You'll update Excel costing sheets, check build costs, and support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation and post-test sign-off.

You will also get involved with picking and inspecting components for hydraulic power unit builds, ensuring technical and commercial details are accurate and working to tight deadlines.

This role would suit a detail-focused Administrator or Coordinator who enjoys technical information, takes ownership, and wants a secure position with a great team and long-term prospects.

The Role:

• Technical administration / project coordination role supporting hydraulic power unit builds
• Creating products, BOMs and RFQs on CRM; raising purchase orders and managing supplier delivery dates
• Updating Excel costing sheets and sense-checking actual build costs
• Picking and inspecting components; preparing FAT and post-test documentation
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm (flexible), fully office-based in Paulton

The Person:

• Technically minded and comfortable working with technical information (drawings/BOMs/documentation)
• Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Confident using CRM systems and Excel (hydraulic knowledge beneficial but not essential)
