The Opportunity

Join a dynamic and rapidly growing performance marketing agency that leverages innovative AI technology to achieve outstanding results for our clients. We are seeking an Operations Manager to enhance and expand our delivery team and operational capabilities.

At Propelahed, we create growth systems encompassing strategy, paid media, SEO, content, analytics, CRO, and automation. As our client base expands and our team grows, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager.

In this role, you will take charge of the agency's daily operations: managing team assignments, ensuring we have the resources to take on new clients, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting the team in delivering their best work. You will collaborate closely with Andrew, our CEO, making key decisions that influence the agency's growth.

This is a hands-on position in a developing business environment. There’s no existing playbook — you will be instrumental in crafting the operational framework.

What You Will Do

• Oversee capacity and resourcing, forecasting upcoming needs and addressing potential crunch points proactively.
• Define KPIs and productivity measures, transforming data into actionable decisions.
• Identify skill gaps and areas where additional training or hiring will have the most impact.
• Support and develop team members through regular one-to-ones and reviews, ensuring clarity in accountability.
• Own and refine our project boards and systems, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of client work, stepping in when necessary.
• Facilitate hiring and onboarding to integrate new team members quickly and effectively.

What You Will Need

• A genuine breadth of marketing knowledge from an agency or in-house team, with a strong understanding of digital campaign assembly and timelines.
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns, with insight into potential pitfalls.
• Proven management experience overseeing others' work and output.
• Fluency with systems and tools such as project boards and time tracking, with the ability to set them up effectively.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage details efficiently.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Real enthusiasm for marketing and a keen interest in industry developments.
• Based in Bristol or within comfortable commuting distance to attend the office three days a week.

Where and How You Will Work

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bristol, requiring three days per week in our Berkeley Square office. The salary ranges from GBP 40,000 to GBP 60,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
