What You Will Be Doing

• Manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit year-end accounts, corporation tax computations, VAT returns and confirmation statements.
• Complete self-assessment and business tax returns in line with established procedures and deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
• Lead client meetings to review and finalise accounts, manage expectations and delivering high-quality service.
• Mentor and supported junior team members through training, coaching, and technical guidance.
• Maintain high-quality client files and contributed to process improvements, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across workflows.
