We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, motivated Mortgage Broker to join a leading, award-winning HNW financial services provider, servicing clients in the Bristol. You'll have access to a strong, established lead source - including internal referrals, Estate Agents, and Accountants.

• Work with a fantastic lead source – including HNW
• Gain experience of dealing with Private Banks and Financiers, not just mainstream lenders
• Hybrid set up
• Monday – Friday role (no weekends)
• Uncapped earning potential with realistic OTE £100K+

What We're Looking For:

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• Minimum 3 years' mortgage advisory experience
• Experience dealing with HNW clientele (preferred)
• Proven success working with estate agency introducers
• Entrepreneurial, driven, and enthusiastic personality
• Strong relationship-building skills at all levels

The Package:

• £35k Basic + Car / Travel Allowance
