Pay Rate: £130 - £180 per day (depending on experience and role)

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND

• Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and communication development
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to promote accessibility and participation
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals
• Maintain high expectations while supporting pupils to achieve their personal goals
• Follow safeguarding, behaviour, and SEND policies at all times

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
• UK classroom teaching experience - Mandatory
• Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Understanding of EHCPs and differentiated teaching approaches
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
• A patient, flexible, and child-centred approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
