Location: Yate
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £18.96 per hour
Working Pattern: Full Time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
End Date: February 2027

Key Responsibilities:

As an Employability and Skills Mentor, you will:

• Act as a vital link between clients and specialist services, aiding in overcoming barriers to employment.
• Support clients pre-employment and in-work by identifying opportunities and pathways tailored to their needs.
• Conduct initial diagnostics to develop personal action plans that align with clients' career aspirations.
• Maintain engagement with clients, providing necessary support to ensure progression and success.
• Accurately upload information to the CRM system to track contacts, progression, and outcomes against KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with the Skills Team to deliver essential employability programmes, including Future Bright and Work4You.
• Foster strong relationships with schools, colleges, and training providers to enhance the skills of local learners.
