Residential Property Conveyancer/ Lawyer

As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will be part of a dynamic team of over 70 property professionals, working with high-net-worth clients and key introducers across London and the Southwest. Day-to-day of the role:

• Work closely with a small team of Paralegals and Assistants.
• Build and maintain relationships with key Estate Agents and Broker introducers.
• Handle a varied portfolio of residential property deals including freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, lease extensions, refinancing, and transfer of equity work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Circa 4 years+ PQE in residential property work (Solicitor, CILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer).
• Comprehensive experience across the full range of residential property transactions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage client relationships.
• Proven team management skills with the ability to develop, coach, and mentor junior team members.
• Ambition to grow and progress within the firm.
