As the Rising 3's Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a vibrant Early Years classroom, ensuring children receive outstanding care, support and education during this crucial stage of their development.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the day-to-day running of the Rising 3's room
• Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences in line with EYFS principles
• Monitoring children's progress and development
• Supporting children's social, emotional and educational needs
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and welfare
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers
• Leading, supporting and mentoring other Early Years practitioners
• Creating a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must have:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
• A valid Paediatric First Aid qualification
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
• Experience leading or supervising staff within a nursery or preschool environment
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for Early Years education

Applicants must also:

• Hold full British residency
• Be eligible to work in the UK and meet overseas employment requirements
• Be willing to relocate to Cyprus for the duration of the role

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience working within a British curriculum setting
• Experience working internationally or within independent schools
