We are seeking experienced and reliable Roofers to carry out repairs, maintenance, and installation works across a range of social housing properties. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and adhering to all health and safety requirements.

Location: Bristol and surrounding areas

Salary: £23 CIS
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out slating and tiling repairs, renewals, and installations.
• Diagnose roofing defects and undertake remedial works.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
• Complete relevant paperwork and job records as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Slater & Tiler.
• Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate.
• Valid Working at Height Certificate.
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate.
• DBS Check.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
• Must supply and maintain own tools.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, methods, and safe working practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
