Territory Manager (Independent Retail/Convenience Stores) - #2147214

Our client, a well-established Confectionery company whom supply products to Retailers nationwide, are looking for a personable, enthusiastic candidate to join their field-based Territory Management operation, owning an existing client base of 450 Convenience/Independent Stores across Bristol, Bath and Swindon. Working completely autonomously and with a guaranteed OTE of £30,000 (due to the existing business), this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client are a huge name in the Independent Retail market and, as a result, have an extensive client base of loyal customers across the UK. They supply a huge variety of products (including some own-brand sweets) and have grown consistently year-on-year. Due to an internal move, they are seeking the perfect candidate to oversee their existing client base across Bristol/Bath/Swindon (no new business development required!). In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing portfolio of 450 Independent Retail stores across the Bristol/Bath/Swindon area
- Meeting with 30-35 stores daily (managing own diary - each client met with on a 3-weekly cycle)
- Negotiating/confirming new orders
- Ensuring each unique client receives an exceptional experience/ongoing support
- Ensuring stock is visible/tidying up Retail units

In order to be considered for this role, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience of working in a customer-facing capacity (Sales/Customer Services/Retail/Hospitality)
- Enthusiastic, personable approach
- Fun, sociable personality
- Full, clean UK driving licence

In addition to a guaranteed £30,000 (all existing clients with ongoing orders), our client are also offering the following:

- Access to company vehicle (all petrol paid for)
- Full working autonomy (no need to operate from an office - managing own diary!)
- Great working hours: Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
