Territory: Birmingham and the West of England heading south
Mosaic Recruitment is recruiting for a proactive and commercially driven Territory Sales Manager to join a small but growing UK sales team supplying premium stone and surface materials.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will take ownership of the western territory, focusing on winning new business while developing and growing existing customer relationships.
This is a field-based role requiring regular customer visits and proactive business development across the territory.

Mosaic Recruitment is recruiting for a proactive and commercially driven Territory Sales Manager to join a small but growing UK sales team supplying premium stone and surface materials.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will take ownership of the western territory, focusing on winning new business while developing and growing existing customer relationships.
This is a field-based role requiring regular customer visits and proactive business development across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Regularly visit customers and prospective clients.
- Develop relationships with fabricators, architects, designers and manufacturers.
- Promote premium stone and surface products.
- Follow up enquiries, quotations and project opportunities.
- Negotiate commercially and maximise sales opportunities.
- Manage your own diary, territory and customer visits.
- Maintain accurate sales and pipeline information.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and wider sales team.
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous field-based B2B sales experience.
- A proven ability to generate new business.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and confident approach to prospecting.
- Good commercial and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage a large territory.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
