We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our Currys site in Bristol.You'll play a key role in supporting the First Line Manager to deliver a safe, efficient and high-performing warehouse operation throughout the night shift. Acting as the first point of contact on shift, you'll coordinate workloads, deploy labour effectively and ensure operational priorities are achieved while maintaining exceptional standards of safety, service and compliance.
Based in our fast-paced Bristol ERDC operation, you'll work closely with operational teams to ensure key warehouse activities including tipping, picking, loading and MHE clamp truck movements are completed safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations. You'll also provide leadership, coaching and operational support to colleagues, stepping up to cover management responsibilities when required.
This is a full-time permanent role working 4 on, 4 off – 19:00 to 07:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Coordinating labour and resources to meet operational priorities and customer requirements across the shift
- Supervising day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring productivity, quality, safety and service targets are achieved
- Leading shift briefings, handovers and operational communications to keep teams informed and engaged
- Carrying out safety observations, audits, inspections and supporting accident and incident investigations
- Providing coaching, guidance and management cover during periods of First Line Manager absence or annual leave
