You will play an important part in the day-to-day management of client accounts, helping to coordinate reviews, maintain accurate records and ensure advisers have everything they need to deliver a high-quality service.

What you'll be doing

  • Keeping on top of outstanding tasks and ensuring work is completed within the required timescales.
  • Helping Financial Planners manage their workloads by taking ownership of administrative and client servicing requirements.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years' experience in financial planning administration or a similar financial services support role.
  • An understanding of areas such as pensions, investments and protection.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients.
  • Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • A proactive attitude, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and identify what needs doing.

What's on offer

  • Salary up to £33,000
  • Hybrid working with 1 day from home per week
  • 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays
  • Private Medical Insurance
