Site Sales Executive - #2141005

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring sales targets are achieved whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer experience.

The successful candidate will be based on-site in Bristol and may also be required to provide cover and support across other developments throughout the South West, including Devon.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Conduct viewings and sales appointments with prospective purchasers.
• Guide customers through the Shared Ownership purchasing process.
• Manage sales progression from reservation through to legal completion.
• Maintain accurate records and customer information using CRM systems.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the development.
• Support other sales developments across the South West as required.

About You

Essential

• Previous experience in New Homes Sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales pipeline.
• Flexible approach with willingness to travel to other developments when required.

Desirable

• Previous Shared Ownership sales experience.
• Knowledge of affordable housing products and Shared Ownership schemes.
• Experience of both Shared Ownership and Private Sale developments.

Working Hours

• 36 hours per week
• Thursday to Monday
• 10:00am - 5:30pm
• Weekend working required with days off in lieu

Package

• Salary of £34,869 - £43,586 per annum
• Opportunity to earn up to 35% commission
• Site-based role with a reputable housebuilder/housing provider
• Opportunity to work across a variety of developments throughout the South West
