The Role

• Lead the delivery of a diverse range of building surveying commissions across both professional and project work.
• Manage refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance and asset improvement projects from inception through to completion.
• Undertake building surveys, condition assessments, defect analysis and technical advisory services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting business development activities.
• Mentor and develop junior surveyors within the team.
• Play an active role in the growth and success of the Bristol office and wider South West region.

About You

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
• Experience gained within a consultancy or commercial property environment.
• Strong technical knowledge across both project and professional surveying services.
• Confident client-facing professional with excellent communication skills.
• Commercially aware, proactive, and keen to contribute to business growth.
• Ambitious and motivated to progress your career within a growing consultancy.
