About the Role

We are supporting a client in their search for an experienced M&E Project Director to take ownership of a significant commercial refurbishment project in Bristol. This opportunity offers responsibility for the leadership of a multidisciplinary delivery team. The successful M&E Project Director will oversee delivery through to project completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for delivery of the M&E package

• Lead and develop the M&E project team

• Manage programme, planning, risk and stakeholder expectations

• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, commissioning and handover

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Provide clear reporting on programme, risk and performance

• Challenge designs, programmes and solutions where

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering large scale M&E packages

• Strong mechanical and electrical technical knowledge

• Commercial refurbishment or similar building services experience

• Experience managing multidisciplinary M&E teams

• Strong planning, programme management and stakeholder skills

• Commercial awareness and commissioning experience

• Confidence to challenge and resolve issues proactively
