Our Client is seeking a Secretary to provide support to both internal and external clients, this role would report to two Partners and is ideally aimed towards someone with at least two years experience in the legal or professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Typing and document production
• Client matter and compliance
• File and record systems
• Financial administration - assisting with the billing process
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Diary management and coordinating travel and meetings
• Handling calls and messages including monitoring emails, managing correspondence and supporting client visits and meeting arrangements

• Develop strong relationships within the team
• Communicate concisely both verbally and in writing with internal and external clients
• Type quickly and accurately
• Plan and organise own work
• Demonstrate flexibility and commitment, assisting other teams as and when necessary
