Reward Analyst

Bristol | Hybrid Working (50% Home-Based)

The Opportunity

A leading financial services organisation is seeking a Reward Analyst to support its Reward & Benefits team across a broad range of reward activities, including job evaluation, benchmarking, pay analysis, reward data management and annual compensation processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist expertise in reward, compensation and job evaluation while working within a collaborative and evolving team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support job evaluation reviews, maintaining accurate evaluation records and documentation.
  • Assist with organisational change activity, preparing data, maintaining trackers and analysing impacted roles and employee groups.
  • Conduct pay analysis, ensuring data accuracy and producing insights to support reward decisions.
  • Support market benchmarking exercises using job evaluation outcomes and external market data.
  • Assist with annual reward processes, including salary reviews, bonus reviews, pay gap reporting and pay transparency requirements.
  • Maintain reward data and contribute to ongoing reward projects and initiatives.
  • Produce reward reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within Reward, Compensation, People Analytics or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience of job evaluation and role benchmarking.
  • Previous experience using Willis Towers Watson (WTW) reward and benchmarking data is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide meaningful insights.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience working with HR teams and business stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Experience using Power BI, VBA or SQL.
  • International salary benchmarking experience.
  • Experience supporting annual compensation cycles.
  • Knowledge of Workday Compensation or similar HR systems.
