elix sourcing solutions is a growing Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment business based in Bristol.

We're looking for a creative freelance content specialist to take ownership of our company LinkedIn page.

The role

Your main responsibility will be creating 3 high-quality LinkedIn posts per week, including:

• Recruitment and hiring insights
• Engineering & manufacturing market content
• Team culture, events and achievements
• Client/candidate success stories
• Graphics and carousels where appropriate

We'll provide photos, updates, ideas and industry insight. You'll turn these into engaging, professional content and proactively suggest new ideas.

What we're looking for

• Excellent written English
• Strong LinkedIn copywriting skills
• Experience creating B2B social content
• Canva/design skills
• Creative and proactive approach
• Ability to create content that doesn't feel generic or AI-generated
• Recruitment or B2B marketing experience would be a bonus

Package

• Up to £500 per month
• Fully remote & flexible
• 3 posts per week
