Clinical Negligence Solicitor

• Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

We are seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded national law firm, known for handling complex, high-value claimant clinical negligence matters. Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from inception through to conclusion.
• Investigate liability and causation issues, obtaining and reviewing medical records and expert evidence.
• Draft correspondence, witness statements, and legal documents.
• Conduct negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Support senior solicitors and partners on complex and high-value claims.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and provide empathetic support throughout the claims process.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Participate in business development and networking activities where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2 to 6 years' PQE in Clinical Negligence.
• Proven experience managing claimant clinical negligence files.
• Strong technical knowledge of clinical negligence litigation.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ambitious with a genuine passion for representing injured clients.
