Clinical Negligence Solicitor

We are seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded national law firm, known for handling complex, high-value claimant clinical negligence matters. Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from inception through to conclusion.
- Investigate liability and causation issues, obtaining and reviewing medical records and expert evidence.
- Draft correspondence, witness statements, and legal documents.
- Conduct negotiations and settlement discussions.
- Support senior solicitors and partners on complex and high-value claims.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and provide empathetic support throughout the claims process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Participate in business development and networking activities where appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2 to 6 years' PQE in Clinical Negligence.
- Proven experience managing claimant clinical negligence files.
- Strong technical knowledge of clinical negligence litigation.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ambitious with a genuine passion for representing injured clients.
