We're working with a busy and successful volume dealership in Bristol that’s looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their high-performing workshop team.
If you're after strong earning potential, a stable Monday–Friday schedule, and a supportive dealership environment where you can progress, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Earn: Basic Salary:£30,000 – £38,000
Bonus:
Guaranteed £400 per month for your first 3 months
Average monthly bonus of £400–£500
Uncapped earning potential
OTE: Up to £45,000+
Overtime: Available at enhanced rates

What You’ll Be Doing

• Vehicle servicing, maintenance, and inspections
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Mechanical repairs across multiple systems
• Ensuring manufacturer standards are met
• Accurate recording of work completed
• Delivering high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years’ workshop or dealership experience
Strong diagnostic and repair ability
Full UK Driving Licence
A proactive, quality-focused approach
