Senior Account Manager | Branding & FMCG

Bristol/Hybrid | £35k-£48k

Super successful and ambitious creative agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager with a strong branding background and experience working with FMCG or consumer brands.

You’ll be leading some of the agency’s bigger client projects, taking them from the initial brief through to delivery. Working closely with senior client contacts, getting under the skin of what they actually need, shaping briefs and then bringing the strategy, creative and production teams together to deliver the work.

There’s a good mix to the role too. You’ll be managing client relationships, running meetings and presentations, keeping an eye on budgets and timings, helping the team stay on track and looking for opportunities to grow the accounts. You’ll also have the chance to mentor more junior members of the team.

• Has agency account management experience, ideally in branding or a creative agency
• Works with FMCG and/or consumer brands and understands what makes them tick
• Is comfortable dealing with senior clients and building strong relationships
• Can manage multiple projects without getting flustered
• Understands the commercial side of agency life, including budgets and profitability
• Is confident writing briefs, presenting work and leading client conversations and is naturally good at spotting opportunities and finding solutions
• Cares about the work and wants to be part of making it better
