Key Requirements (Essential):
- Proven experience in delivering software designs for scalable, multi-tiered modern applications.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end solution architecture and the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate non-functional requirements (e.g. security, performance, scalability) into software design.
- Practical experience working with major public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including SaaS and PaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication skills-capable of clearly articulating technical concepts in both verbal and written formats, including technical documentation and presentations.
- Confidence in making informed decisions in fast-paced, agile delivery environments.
- Track record of mentoring and developing junior engineers and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Accountability for complex technology delivery projects, ranging from single-team solutions to multi-team programmes.
- Experience supporting business development efforts in collaboration with sales or account management teams.
- Strong people management skills-setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and delivering constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple high-impact projects.
- Passion for technology and an active contributor to technical communities or forums.
- Thought leadership through blogging, public speaking, or mentoring.
