Health & Safety Advisor - #2129719

Health & Safety advisor required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking large M&E contractor with a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental performance. You will work closely with project management and site teams to maintain high standards, promote a positive safety culture and ensure full compliance throughout the project.

Health & Saftey advisor duties 

• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety observations
• Advise project teams on health and safety legislation and best practice
• Review and assist with RAMS, construction phase plans and safe systems of work
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, producing clear reports and corrective actions
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Maintain accurate health and safety records and documentation
• Attend project meetings and provide practical advice to management
• Drive continuous improvement and encourage a proactive safety culture
