Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Clear Pathway to Director

Location: Bristol City Centre

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Early finish Fridays)

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your own specialist market, speaking with clients and candidates daily. It's a phone-led, target-driven role where you'll learn to win business, run recruitment processes end-to-end, and negotiate deals, earning uncapped commission as you progress.

What you'll do:

• Source, screen and interview candidates
• Build client relationships and win new business
• Manage processes from briefing through to offer
• Negotiate offers and close placements
• Develop into a specialist within your market

• Sales experience helpful, not essential
