We're recruiting an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a growing accountancy practice in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CTA, ACA or ACCA-qualified tax professional with strong corporate and business tax experience. You'll manage a varied client portfolio, provide high-quality tax advice and play an important role in developing junior team members and growing the practice.

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and business tax clients
• Deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory services
• Provide commercially focused advice on corporation and business tax matters
• Work closely with Partners and Directors on complex assignments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Review tax computations, returns and advisory work
• Mentor, coach and develop junior members of the tax team
• Identify opportunities for additional services and cross-referrals
• Support business development, networking and practice growth
• Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate relevant developments

• CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong corporate and business tax experience
• Previous experience within an accountancy practice
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Strong client relationship and communication abilities
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members
• Commercially aware and proactive
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with networking and business development
