Salary: £26,000 basic + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Clear Progression

Location: Bristol City Centre

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Early finish Fridays)

As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, you'll become a specialist within your market, building relationships with candidates and clients across Germany and Europe. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role where you'll learn to influence, negotiate and close deals.

What you'll do:

• Source and interview candidates across Europe
• Build and develop client relationships (including winning new business)
• Manage processes end-to-end: briefings, interviews, offers and placement
• Negotiate and close deals
• Develop into a market specialist with clear routes to senior/leadership roles

What we're looking for:

• Fluent in German
• Resilient, competitive and target-driven
• Strong communication and confidence on the phone
• Motivation to learn, improve and achieve goals
• Looking for a long-term career with leadership opportunities
• Sales experience helpful, not essential
