Supply Coordinator | North Bristol | 3-Month Contract

An experienced Supply Coordinator required for an urgent 3-month assignment supporting a leading consumer goods business in North Bristol. This role has been created to support a major transformation project.

The successful Supply Coordinator will play a vital role in managing master data, coordinating new product setup activities, and supporting project delivery across multiple business functions.

• Manage SKU creation and master data processes
• Maintain accurate product and supply chain information
• Support cross-functional packaging change projects
• Attend project meetings and track actions to completion
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Raise and maintain purchase orders where required
• Analyse and report on supply chain and SKU-related KPIs
• Identify and escalate risks, delays or data issues

• Experience within supply chain, purchasing, procurement or planning
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong analytical and numerical ability
• Able to learn quickly and work independently
• Comfortable working within ambiguity and changing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Consumer goods, retail or FMCG experience highly desirable

• North Bristol
• Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office
• Flexible start between 7.30am and 9am
• Immediate start available
• 3-month contract assignment
