Mercedes-Benz of Bristol is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bodyshop Administrator / Assistant VDA to join our busy and professional Bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great customer service skills who is looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

About the Role

As a Advisor you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Bodyshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing a warm, professional welcome.
• Assisting customers with Bodyshop enquiries and keeping them informed throughout the repair process.
• Preparing and presenting vehicle repair estimates.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to promote Bodyshop services and products.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks and customer communications.
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
• You will be working towards being fully qualified VDA
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
