Belcan is looking for Project Managers at varying levels of experience to join our Aerospace and Marine divisions. Where you will lead the delivery of technically challenging engineering projects, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Managing multiple projects and stakeholders, you will play a key role from bid phase through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver engineering projects and work packages.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor KPIs, risks, opportunities and project performance.
• Manage change control and stakeholder engagement.
• Produce internal and customer project reports.
• Support continuous improvement across project management processes and tools.

About You

• Proven project management experience within an engineering environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Strong planning, cost control and risk management skills.
• Experience using MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
