An opportunity has arisen for an experienced procurement leader to join a recognised regulated organisation as Head of Procurement.
Leading Procurement, Supplier Management, Facilities & Estates, setting strategy, driving operational resilience, and delivering commercial value across a complex third-party landscape.

Your new role

• You'll be responsible for:
• Defining and delivering the procurement and supplier management strategy.
• Leading high-performing and established teams.
• Driving best practice across sourcing, contracts, supplier risk and vendor performance.
• Supporting operational resilience, regulatory compliance and ESG objectives.
• Influencing senior executives and Board stakeholders on procurement, risk and commercial decisions.
• Delivering measurable savings, value and continuous improvement.
  
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Significant procurement leadership experience within a regulated environment.
• Expertise across procurement, outsourcing, supplier management and commercial contracting.
• Strong knowledge of third-party risk, operational resilience and regulatory governance.
• Experience leading transformation, change and high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to influence at Executive and Board level.
• CIPS qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
