Kitchen Fitter- Bristol/Gloucester Region - #2122919

Elevation Recruitment Group's Engineering Services Division are supporting our market leading building products manufacturing client to recruit a driven and dynamic Kitchen Fitter to support their clients on a mobile regional basis within the Bristol and Gloucester areas.

The Kitchen Fitter role is a critical position based within the customer care team dedicated to providing excellent service to homeowners who have reported faults or damages on their newly installed kitchens.

Working with internal Customer Care Teams who are extremely well organised and take care when booking your appointments to give you time to correctly solve issues and communicate to the customer and perform corrective actions and to provide a final fix.

As the Kitchen Fitter you will need to be experienced in all aspects of kitchen fitting, including cabinets, worktops, pelmets, cornices, and housing for internal appliances as well as using all associated hand and power tools.

The Kitchen Fitter is a permanent role working Monday to Friday daytime only. You will be given a company van and all of the tools you need to do your job. There is an excellent salary and company benefits too!

The key responsibilities of the Kitchen Fitter will include:

• Travelling to customer homes within your designated patch
• Problem solving, diagnosing issues, and fixing faults
• Liaising with the internal Customer Care Team, external Site Agents, and home owners
• Checking stock in your storage unit and your van

Skills and Experience required for the Kitchen Fitter role include:

• Kitchen fitting
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• CSCS Card
• A full UK driving licence
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels
• Have an excellent manner with customers
• Willing to work as part of a dynamic team
• A keen eye for detail
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Professionally presentable at all times
