We're looking for an Administrator to support the warranty team in a busy construction machinery dealership. It's a simple office role where you'll keep paperwork organised, chase missing info, and make sure claims get submitted on time. Nothing technical - just solid admin.

What You'll Do

• Process job cards and upload claim details

• Keep registers updated and records tidy

• Chase info from the service team when needed

• Handle basic claim rejections and send extra details

• Arrange returns of faulty parts

• Support the Senior Admin with payments, credit notes and weekly reports

• General office admin and answering calls

What You Bring

• Good communicator

• Organised and able to stay on top of routine tasks

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable in a busy, fast-moving environment

• Confident using Microsoft Office

• Office/admin experience preferred but not essential
