Infrastructure Engineer (contract) - #2122282

Hays are supporting a local public sector organisation hiring a contract Infrastructure Engineer to work on a range of project-based work. Day rate depending on experience and Inside IR35. This will likely be for 6 months initially (could extend) and hybrid working 1 or 2 days per week out of Bristol. You will need a high level of security clearance to be eligible for the role.

Within the role, you lead on project-based work including scope, design and implementation across Virtualisation replacement and storage solution replacement with M365/Azure. You will need technical knowledge across the following stack:

• Virtualisation solutions such as Hyper-V & VMware
• Experience with M365
• Experience of Storage solutions
• Experience of Entra ID / Active directory
• Experience of azure cloud services
• Experience of high level and low level design
