Funding Coordinator | Bristol | £13.45 per hour | Temporary

About the Role

Signature Recruitment is looking for a Funding Coordinator position with a leading organisation in the education sector. You’ll play a key role in supporting learners and employers throughout the application, enrolment, and funding journey.

Working closely with enrolment, sales, marketing, partnerships, and finance teams, you’ll will help deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring funding processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm eligibility requirements and process programme applications
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and customer service platforms
• Maintain accurate learner, funding, and invoicing records
• Support employers with Apprenticeship Levy, incentives, and funding queries
• Manage Apprenticeship Service accounts and learner cohort information
• Monitor withdrawals and deferrals, providing appropriate support
• Track progress against KPIs and contribute towards conversion targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate applications and learner onboarding

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and time management abilities
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and Teams
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• A professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
