Pay Rate: £95 - £115 per day

Job Overview:
Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for secondary schools across Bristol. This role is ideal for a Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about supporting students to improve their behaviour, build confidence and succeed academically. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students facing behavioural challenges, helping them develop positive attitudes and strategies to thrive in school. You will also work alongside teachers, parents and wider school staff to create a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support students in managing their behaviour and making positive choices.
* Develop and deliver personalised behaviour support plans.
* Work with teachers to monitor student progress, behaviour and attendance.
* Liaise with parents and carers to build positive communication and support.
* Participate in school meetings and contribute to behaviour management strategies.

Requirements:
* Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build trusting relationships with young people.
* Patience, resilience and a positive attitude.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
* Must meet standard UK school safeguarding requirements.
