What you'll be doing

You'll sit right at the heart of the firm's Accounts department, getting hands on experience across a huge range of financial processes, including:

• Processing payments from client and office accounts
• Checking and finalising fee earners' invoices
• Billing disbursements accurately and efficiently
• Managing client to office transfers
• Assisting with consultancy fee claims and consultants' invoices
• Reviewing client matter balances and investigating discrepancies
• Promptly clearing residual client account balances
• Supporting month end processes across the department
• Handling queries directly from Partners, Legal Staff and Secretaries
• Helping ensure full compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules
