Your new role We are recruiting for experienced regulatory professionals to join a nationally significant organisation responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in compliance, enforcement, investigations, regulation or public sector governance who are looking to apply their expertise within a complex and rewarding regulatory environment.You will play a key role in assessing cases, investigating potential breaches, supporting enforcement activities and helping ensure that regulatory requirements are applied consistently, fairly and effectively.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and assess regulatory and compliance cases from initial enquiry through to resolution.
  • Investigate alleged breaches of legislation, policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Review evidence and make informed recommendations based on regulatory frameworks.
  • Support compliance monitoring, audit and inspection activity.
  • Apply enforcement measures and sanctions where appropriate.
  • Interpret legislation, policy and guidance to support decision-making.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to operational teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and case management documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes and compliance outcomes.


What you'll need to succeed

You may have experience in:

  • Regulatory compliance and enforcement
  • Investigations and evidence gathering
  • Case management and decision-making
  • Compliance monitoring and inspections
  • Enforcement action and sanctions
  • Legislative and policy interpretation
  • Stakeholder engagement and regulatory advice

  • Confidence interpreting legislation, policy and guidance.
  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • The ability to manage a varied caseload and competing priorities.
