About the Role
Signature Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a specialist pensions organisation in their search for a Senior Pension Administrator. Working within an experienced SSAS team, this position offers the opportunity to oversee complex pension schemes, provide trustee support and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for member-trustees.
- Manage complex SSAS cases including retirements, death benefits, loan-backs and transfers.
- Complete and submit Pension Scheme Returns, Event Reports, AFT returns and SA970 claims.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, accountants and intermediaries.
- Oversee commercial property and connected-party transactions.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years+ SSAS administration experience or equivalent trustee/governance experience.
- Strong HMRC reporting knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management and organisation skills.
