£27,000–£30,000 base | Realistic OTE of circa £40,000 | Uncapped commission

If you’re an experienced recruiter who enjoys working with candidates and filling active vacancies but doesn’t want the immediate pressure of building a desk from scratch, this could be the ideal opportunity.

At Recruit UK, you’ll work alongside our senior consultants and established clients, helping to deliver on live recruitment requirements across the Financial Planning and Wealth Management sector.

You’ll have access to active vacancies, long-standing client relationships and an extensive candidate database from day one.

The Role

• Work alongside senior consultants to deliver on active client vacancies
• Source and engage high-quality candidates
• Conduct candidate qualification and screening calls
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Write job adverts and carry out targeted searches
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback
• Build long-term relationships with professionals across the market
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy information within our CRM

This is primarily a delivery-focused position, allowing you to concentrate on finding, engaging and managing candidates rather than generating new business.

• Move into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role, developing new business, building your own client base and managing a full recruitment desk.
• Progress into account management, taking greater responsibility for established client relationships, understanding their hiring plans and leading the delivery of recruitment campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment or candidate-sourcing experience
• A proactive and organised approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking with candidates at different levels
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes
• A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to the wider team

Experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management or another professional-services market would be helpful, but it isn’t essential. We’ll provide the training and market knowledge you need.
