Recruit UK are working on an amazing opportunity for an employee benefits administrator to join a growing national wealth management company in Bristol.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as a key point of contact for clients
• Support the renewal process
• Produce and issue annual accounts accurately and within good timescale
• Monitor outstanding payments, support group risk claims
• Assist with invoicing
• Manage mid-term adjustments
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and insurers

Skills required:

• Strong excel and MS office skills, analytical data skills
• Experience in employee benefits administration (required)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Awareness of regulatory principles
• Financial services experience (desired)
• Knowledge of GIP, GLA, PMI
