About the role

We are looking for an?RD&A Technician?for our site, based in?Bristol, GB. The snacks category is an exciting growth opportunity for Kerry. The successful candidate will be lab based, 5 days a week and will be required to support the Snacks RD&A Team.

Key responsibilities

• Accurate and methodical seasoning sample preparation
• Assist in the development of products from concept, trials and all the way through to launch
• Various types of Snack seasoning applications including topical and slurry application
• Raw material stock management
• Base stock management
• Manage & coordinate Analytical requests & Sensory testing
• Perform functionality testing
• Liaise with cross-functional teams within the business to ensure everything is compliant, effective and meeting the project expectations
• Project management
• General lab management

Qualifications and skills

• 3rd level qualification desired but not essential
• Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment Desirable but not essential
• A keen interest in food
• Competence navigating key R&D systems
• Project management skills
• Lab good practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic team player
• You will bring a high level of attention to detail and have excellent organisational skills
