An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a highly regarded and growing financial planning firm based in Bristol.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being a key part of the client journey, working closely with an experienced Financial Planner while providing first-class administrative support from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing servicing.

The Role
Working closely with one Financial Planner, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring every stage of the client journey runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing full administrative support throughout the financial planning process, from initial client contact through to implementation and ongoing servicing
- Managing adviser diaries and arranging client meetings
- Preparing client meeting packs and all supporting documentation
- Processing new business and seeing cases through to completion
- Submitting and tracking Letters of Authority
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties to obtain information and progress cases
- Preparing application paperwork and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
- Updating and maintaining the firm's CRM and workflow systems
- Monitoring pipelines and keeping advisers and clients updated on case progress
- Delivering an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and attention to detail
About You
My client is looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Around 2-3 years' experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management firm
- Good knowledge of pensions, investments and wider financial planning products
- A good understanding of the end-to-end financial advice process
- Experience managing new business from enquiry through to implementation
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be welcomed but isn't essential. Full study support is available for those wishing to become qualified.
