  • Support onboarding and integration of new employees, helping them settle into the business and studio culture.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities teams to ensure effective delivery of business support services.
  • Monitor operational budgets and assist with supplier and facilities management where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the overall studio experience.

You'll be a confident relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys bringing structure, organisation, and positivity to everything you do.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a Studio Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Manager, or similar operational leadership role within an architectural, design, engineering, or creative practice.
  • Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing people, with the confidence to lead by example.
  • Exceptional organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to make informed decisions.
  • Experience improving operational processes and implementing efficient ways of working.
  • Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a strategic overview.
