Job Description: Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistics and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Western Approach site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate an Aisle Master forklift trucks to support warehouse operations.
• Load and unload vehicles during day shift operations, ensuring goods are handled securely and in line with company procedures.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including pallet breakdown and accurate sorting of customer orders, while complying with health and safety standards.
• Pick and prepare orders efficiently according to customer requirements, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is used responsibly and kept in good working order.
• Complete essential paperwork and follow warehouse procedures, reporting any issues or defects promptly to help us continuously improve.

Required Experience:

• A current Counterbalance and Reach forklift licence is desirable, but not essential.
• Good communication and team working skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
